The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the product came with zero directions for the features of the reel.I would have liked to not have to look up videos on how to use a baitcaster reel.It was my first baitcaster so I wasn't sure exactly how to use all the features, but all in all it works great!

(More customer reviews)I got this as a scratch and dent item for 50 bucks.one of the star points on the drag wheel was broken.Its o.k. I was wanting a baitcaster (cheap) to see if I would like one being as I never used one before.I still get the occasional birdsnest.The reel feels good but I'm still deciding if I like the matching rod.I'm leaning toward not as sensitive a rod as I would like but its not heavy and I can literally fish for hours with it and not get fatigued. I have caught a couple nice sized Florida bass with it.
